Zeal is similar to Dmoz in that it uses human editors to add and remove web sites from it's directory. The web sites added by editors to Zeal are then used by Looksmart in their directory. Zeal however doesn't allow editors to add commercial web sites and makes it people pass a range of tests to became an editor at Zeal. Zeal also use a point and quota rating system to make sure editors are adding useful and relevant web sites.
