I bought a pair of club classic trainers, cheap is the buzz word. And what can I say, they don't scrimp on the essentials like solid heel support, so you don't twist your ancle. I did this in a pair of all stars, and since then I am very careful when it comes to support. They provide this in spades thankfully, and the side impact cushioning is good for sports like badminton, but take the energy away from the sole of the feet in long distance running and absorbs much more impact burn than other brands I have used like Hi-tec. I am sure they much have some spring technology in the heel, well that's the first thing I would add. I can see why so many basketball players use Reebok, I guess a big cheque helps, but those guy's heels take a whole heap of pressure from jump shots and the like. They have to turn at acute angles as well, I do not play any such extreme sports at my age and only really wear the trainers for general use. But it's nice to know the company can design footwear with such cushioning, the effort to make some really comfy shoes is lovely , definitely recommended.
