Not very expensive compared to comparative brands, but they do
lack a little quality and there is no insulation to speak of. I
received a pair of Base formal shoes for my birthday, and soon began
to wear them to work, to be honest I soon felt they looked awful.
Mainly because the leather scuffs very easily
and within a few months the sole came loose quickly. I wife bought
these shoes for general wear, and I did nothing too hard on them.
They were good for about a month, after this time frame they began
looking shabby far too quickly. You may save a few quid compared
to a pair of Kickers, but comparing the price compared to the life
of the them isn't very good. I would advise you to avoid buying
any.
