I purchased a pair of hiking boots from Merrell, they featured
many fancy extras like vibram chameleon sole, alongside an air cushion
heel, the inside of the boots was no less exotic with a double lined
microfiber inner material. All these technical terms of course flattered
to deceive it seems, because the basic quality of workmanship was
lacking. After only a few months of weekend rambling the sole began
to peel, this soon started to peel away from the shoe within a few
weeks, and graduate worse and worse. It's a shame because for comfort
I have never worn a nicer pair of boots, never were my feet left
sore at the end of a hike, they also look fabulous. Excellently
designed, but it appears they have used poor materials and put them
together shoddily.
