To scroll is the action of moving down a document on a monitor screen and you need to use a scroll bar to do this. Scroll bars are included on computer programs such as Internet Explorer and are on the right hand side of the screen. Using a mouse you can click on a scroll bar and move it up and down and this will also move the whole page up and down. If information goes off the screen sideways, you may also find a sideways scroll bar at the bottom of your screen.
