This is a form of hacker / cracker / phreaker who just uses off the shelf hacking / security programs with little knowledge of how they work or were designed. Therefore you will find script kiddie's just using well known and widely available hacking programs / techniques which are of little danger to a security minded computer network. Because of their lack of ability and knowledge a script kiddie will only attack computer systems that are extremely vulnerable and of no interest / challenge to an elite hacker.
