Companies such as Valueclick also have pay per lead banner systems, this will involve a web site copying and pasting the Valueclick banner code into their site, which will display a banner that rotates a range of commercial web sites. Valueclick will then pay the web site with it's banner system 10p per click or lead. Other banner systems and affiliate schemes will only pay for clicks that lead to sales at the commercial site.
