garments for golfers, they incorporate all the technology like GORE-TEX fabric
which you find in other outdoor apparel brands. My tourlite jacket is lightweight,
of course water repellent, plenty of pockets to store score cards, tees and balls
and comes with a 3 year workmanship guarantee. Few quality outdoor apparel brands
are cheap, but Sunderland of Scotland are not obscenely expensive, £40-60
will buy you a jacket or trousers which will easily last you a decade. The colours
are nicely bland, do not attract attention and ideal for the wintery conditions
typical found on UK golf courses.

Posted on 27 / 02 / 2007 A bit expensive for me at
the moment because of transport costs involved to order online. I am still not
convinced about ordering clothes over the Internet, sending back clothes which
do not fit seems a hassle and major risk. And if they charge for returns expensive.
But because they offer bigger sizes it's worth the risk. I will give it a shot
and hopefully be whizzin' round my golf course in the pouring rain nice and dry.

Dolphin Waterproof golf suit I am trying [with great difficulty-must be
because of awful wet summer!] to buy another pair of navy waterproof trousers
for hubby's birthday. The Sunderland set he has had for the past couple of years
is great. He doesn't often wear the jacket so have washed the trousers many times
and they still look really good. Everyone seems to have sold out especially as
he is Medium/Short leg.
