HTML frames are a feature of html web pages that allows the web page to be divided in different sections and other web pages loaded separately into the sections. Frames are now becoming a bad idea, because search engines like Google prefer web pages that are frame free. Frames make it harder for Google to read and index all the seperate web pages in the different frame sections.
