With the boom of the Internet and World Wide Web in the mid 1990's, came businesses such as cybercafes. A cybercafe is a public cafe that serves food and drink and offers customers the ability to access the Internet and World Wide Web at the same time. Cybercafes did seem to be more popular when a lot of people were new and didn't have access to the Internet and World Wide Web.
