The code of a program is the instructions created by the programmer to attain a given process. Not all code is viewable such as the Windows 98 operating system source code because it encrypted to stop other companies copying it. However the source code of a web site is viewable by anyone. All you need to do in Internet Explorer is load the web page up and then go to View > Source on the menu bar.
