What Is It?

Viera is a colour management system that optimises the control of colour depth and brightness by 3D colour management. This system produces up to 2048 levels of gradation, which are equal to 8.6 billion colours. Then a sub pixel controller eliminates jagged edges and blurs from diagonal lines. A real black drive system helps produce rich blacks and a high 4000:1 contrast.
