Email Signatures
|
Most email clients and services let you
create a signature file to attach to the end of your outgoing messages.
People include information such as work / mobile phone number, address,
and often include a favorite saying or quotation. It is a good idea
to keep an email signature short, so that they don't take up excessive
file space in another person inbox.
