PCI stands for "Peripheral Component Interconnect". PCI
is a port on motherboards used by devices such as graphics cards.
PCI Express is a new port technology aimed at overtaking the ageing
AGP port technology. Many people feel it won't take long for it
to catch up and overtake AGP. However some people have mentioned
that the SLi technology PCI Express uses does have a few flaws and
that it does not work properly yet.
